Habitual Conjunctivitis is the disease that occurs when two words become habitually conjuncted together by a conjunction, like "and" or "or."

Here are some ones with "and" that Peter and I came up with:

dazed and confused? Why not mystified and confused? Is it a poetic stability thing, where the rhyming patterns of the pair are so happy that your tongue and mind can't help itself?
