"Yeah, Tehzra, you do. Let's see, you could cut your hai... wait! We like you the way you are!"

On the one hand, the friends are being loving to Tehzra, complimenting him for how he appears now. On the other hand, it's also a subtly selfish of them to urge Tehzra to stagnate with his current image, just because they've grown accustomed to him. It would be more selfless to let the man advance himself as he sees fit.
