The all is relative argument

relativism

I'm sick of people drawing arbitrary conclusions from the fact that all is relative, perception is illusion, and nothing is real. People use this to first tear down arguments and then pitch up their own. It's almost as if argument were a logical program like Fitch where a perpendicular symbol for "contradiction" means you can say whatever you want after it. It's not wrong though, just fugly.
