How to deal with the tentacles of Bureaucracy

I think I figured out how to get yourself out of being trapped in the bureaucracy... like if your phone company charges you stuff unecessarily etc.. just call them up and say the word "Fraud" and that'll cut you in front of all the lines and phone tag. Done.
