Jogchem Niemandsverdriet's nobodyhere website is a meandering, choose-your-own-adventure, artsy, poetic web confabulation. It's fantastic. I like the little touches too, like having the file extensions ".here" instead of ".html"

It also reminds me of American Beauty's movie website.

Note in order to view the American Beauty site, you'll need to resize your browser window smaller--the site was created to accomodate the smaller screen resolutions of 1999
