I was walking past my mirror, talking to myself, and noticed my mouth didn't move. Apparently you can say the phrase, "this is not good" without moving your lips. Try it, it's kind of weird and fun.

I did a quick Googling, and couldn't find a list of phrases you can say without moving your lips. Would be interesting to see.
