I've been enjoying using "fun" as an argument-ender lately.
"Why do you play so many damned video games all day?"
"Because it's fun."
"Why do you keep hanging out with that girl?"
"Because it's fun."

I'm not a hedonist, but I just think we often don't allow ourselves to do things just for fun. This sort of touches on my post about "willful philistinism.
